Online application forms
We manage application froms through secured centralized online process. This service include development of customised website for online recruitment process. Applications are accepted using user friendly web form designed using latest technologies like ASP.NET and AJAX. Our web forms also guide user to fill proper information to fields by providing inline popup describing the fields.
Fee collection
In traditional method of recruitments, generally Demand Drafts are used for fee collection. The Demand Draft need to manage physically and having expiry date. Which may result in loss of exam fees due to terance, loss, expiry of demand draft.
We Collect exam fees through Bank Challan and Online Payment Gateway. The payment is directly deposited to bank account. Exact reporting possible. We offer fee collection service through bank challan to departments bank account itself. We also offer fee collection to our accounts through both bank challan and internet payment gateway, with minimum time settlement.
Helpline for applicants
If applicants facing technical difficulty to file application or need information regarding application process, we are ready with our multiple telephone lines to assist them. Our fully trained representatives guide applicants and help them at all points of e-recruitment process.
Applicant can file request regarding their difficulty through our online step by step problem solving grivience management solution. All the grivience request are recorded with solution provided by backoffice team.
Applicant can email us their problems, suggestions on provided support email address.
SMS/ e-Mail communication
Important Updates, News, Exam dates, etc are regularly communicated through email and SMS to applicants on their registered email ID and Mobile Number.
Hallticket publish notification with exam center name, Obtained Marks and applicant specific information communicated to applicants time to time.
Statistical report
Concerned Officers gets daily application received statistics showing Received Applications along with Payment Made Statistics of applicants. Multiple Officer's Numbers can be registered to system.
Statistic report of post, reservation category, parellel reservation, forms received count with eligible form count can be obtained by logging into admin panel of system using provided username and password.
Three-tier backup
We use three-tier backup system for application form data. The database backed up regularly, copy of applications are downloaded to dedicated offline backup machine and copy of applications are also transfered to email server.
OMR answer sheets and Result prosessing
We provide OMR answer sheets required to conduct written exam. OMR answer sheets are provided with unique barcoded number. Answer sheets are supplied in hallwise envelops, printed with center name, hall number, answer sheet number from-to with count. These answer sheets are scanned after exam to get candidates response by OMR software. OMR software detects resonse of candidates which are compared with key answers to obtain result.
To reduce error margin, we have automated the result processing using our software. On input candidate's response softwere generates Absent/ Present List. Software accept key answers and generate mark list of all candidates with seat numbers in ascending order, which is used to publish on website. Our automated result processing software detects and generates merit list to be generated.
Reports for Exam
Online web-based software generates all necessory reports for exam. These reports can be downloaded by login to admin panel. The report includes Attndance sheets with Photo and sign preprinted, Stickers for Center notice board to guide hall number to candidates, Stickers to exam hall with seat numbers allowted to hall, Desk stickers etc.
